For Donations:

Why donate?

We are in the process of incorporating in order to continue to provide pregnancy and child loss support as well as to continue lobbying our fetal burial rights law in other states, since only 9 have such provisions. Also, we have found that many states that do have similar laws are not complying with it.

We actively contact State Senators, Official and Hospitals all over the country researching Fetal Burial Rights and its ramifications such as Miscarriage Support, Still Birth laws, and how open different states are when in comes to such sensitive issues.

We also try to help and encourage other people in other states to work, develop and lobby laws in their own states.

As part of our support, we research and contact whomever we need to in order to help anyone who lives in a state with such provisions and was not given the right to the remains of their child.

We NOW also offer a message board to expand our support line.

To accomplish any of these goals and to continue doing all these things, capital is needed and many times we find ourselves limited with our “almost non-existent” budget.

We incur on many long distance charges, high speed internet, hosting costs, etc.

So, if you wish to make a donation, this should give you an idea of where your money will be going!

Thank you very much for your support, whether you donate, educate or simply put a link to our site in your site or on another message board!

Sincerely,
AdamsSong.net

We accept donations via PayPal. Our donations are NOT tax deductible yet.

    Become a state representative!

You can help make parental rights a reality by becoming a state representative. Devote some time to finding out what the laws are in your state.

Are parents allowed to bury the remains of their child in the event of miscarriage?

Do those rights cover parents from conception to birth or are they limited to certain time periods?

Are parents notified of their rights or is the burden on them to find out their rights during these difficult times?

Let us know how we can help!
